A coffee roasted locally by Elephant Beans in Freiburg im Breisgau with notes of brown sugar, honey, fig and nuts. The beans come from a growing cooperative: CENFROCAFE, which was founded in 1999 and now has 2,500 members. It is not only a qualification organisation in the field of quality, management and leadership, but also supports communal development in 12 districts in the region. As a result, the supported farmers not only achieve very high yields, but also produce the highest rated coffees in Peru.
