Hario V60
The queen of slow pouring's method, the V60 takes its name from the 60 degree angle of the filter. The V60 has a conical shape with a single hole leaving the tip of the paper filter protruding. This means that the extraction surface is narrower, allowing for a slightly slower brew.
Chemex
Elevated to the status of a true state of art, the Chemex is also a design object with its singular hourglass shape. It is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA). Designed for slow pouring, this coffee maker differs from the V60 by having a much thicker filter. In the cup you will find a much clearer coffee, which will looks like a tea.
